  • How long do you need to setup?
    We would like to be able to arrive 1-2 hours prior to your event's serving time. Let our team know if you need us to arrive at a specific time!
  • Do you offer vegetarian options?
    Yes! We normally bring a veggie option to your event just in case any of your guests request it.
  • Do I need to provide plates or utensils?
    Nope! We want to make sure you don't have to worry about the details at your event so, we provide disposable plates and silverware. However, if there are specific plates or utensils that you have and would like us to use, simply let us know and we can use those to serve your guests.
  • Do you need access to power or water?
    It's always great to have power and water available, but if not we can always bring our own! Connecting directly to a power source is preferred as it is quieter than using a generator.
  • Can you set up and sell to customers at our festival or public event?
    We are currently focused on private catering and are unfortunately not actively booking for public events. There are a couple of event companies with whom we have formed strong partnerships with over the years, so you may still see us at some events around town! You can always submit a request for consideration on our website.
  • Is there a minimum to book the taco truck?
    Yes, there are minimums based on the day of the week. Service charges and taxes do not count towards the minimum. Monday - Thursday: $800 Friday - Sunday: $1200 Holidays: $2000
  • What cities do you cater?
    We offer our catering service in: - Prescott/Quad City - Phoenix Metro area - Sedona - Flagstaff - Cottonwood/Camp Verde Events outside of the Prescott area will incur a travel charge. We may waive the travel fee for larger guest counts.
