Queso Tacos

Our signature Queso Taco, also known as Quesobirria or Quesabirria, is made with our famous Shredded Beef Birria. Our Birria  is slow cooked in house for 6 hours in a blend of peppers and spices. 

The tortilla is dipped in our birria consomme then placed on our flat top with cheese and birria. As soon as it is perfectly melty we serve it with a side of consomme for you to dip and enjoy!
